Kukovecz Zoltan Total post : 6 Profile	Written on : 02/06/2011 15:10 ( more than one month ) Object : non completed courses visibility in curriculas I created a Curricula with 3 Courses, i made Prerequisites so the order is 1-2-3 and the student cannot complete the 3rd without the 2 and the 1 completed. I assigned users to the Curricula. Thats okay, and i like it, but here comes the problem. The student can subscribe to all of the Courses, it is okay that he cannot complete them without the completed pre-course but he still can subscribe. My question is that it is possible, to not-subscribe to a Course what u cannot complete without its prerequisits? Or to not see at all that course witch's prerequirement is not completed. Thanks

I use them exclusively becuase I have 3 different companies that all administer classes through my installation. Keep in mind I'm on 3.6.0.4. If i remember right, by default a course that isn't inside a catalog is visible to everyone! If you try to categorize courses and also put them in a catalog, that categorization over-rides and the courses appears to everyone. What I would try to do is, create at least 3 catalogs. One for visible to everyone courses, one for visible to only some (you may want more than one of these depending on your situation), and one for visible to no-one. You can also include a cirricula in a catalog. so What I would suggest is hiding the courses of the cirricula in the visible to no-one catalog and then assign them to the cirricula. In the appropriate catalog that is visible to the ones you are wanting to show, I would include the cirricula. I think this might solve your problem.
