Object : Completed courses not moving to complete
Good Morning,

I am using 3.6.0.4 and I'm having trouble with when students are completeing courses they are not always moving to completed.  I have checked and end of object marker is correctly marked.  The problem is, it is not consistance and I can't find the discrepancy.  Some of the students get marked complete with no problems some don't.  The system is recording their completion.  It shows that all of the objects are complete, but it doesn't change the status of the class.  Any thoughts?

Hello,
this could happen because of users doesn't click the "ok" button after they get the results of the test in the last step. If on the last step a user exit the course (clicking "my courses" or "logout") it will not update the status of the course.

This behavior has changed in the svn (unstable) version of docebo 4.0.x and the course is completed as the page with the results is shown (without having the user to click "ok"); unfortunately this has not been fixed in 3.6.x yet cause we fixed this problem after the 3.6.0.5 release. I'm opening a but report for version 3.6.x too.

bye,
Giovanni.

Object : Re: Completed courses not moving to complete
I am working with Docebo 4. My completed course is showing the status and score from 'Student Area' but it is not moved to completed list and from Reports >  Users - Courses, it is showing the course still in progress and not displaying any score and status.

can you please advise me what should I do to enable this?
