Object : Grade book Final score Course
Is there any way to change the No to a Yes for "Use for final score" for the far right / last column within the grade book of the course?  I don't want teachers to have to manually enter in "final" grades once a student has finished and completed a course.  I want to make this automatic.

There is a link that says re-calculate that will average all of the components based on the weight.  It is at the top of the column of the final Score column.

Yes, I see that but it does not solve the problem in which the Student's scores "Final score" still showing "-".  From what I can gather the only way to get a "Final score" for a student is to have the teacher manually click on the edit icon for the Student's scores "Final score" column, then manually enter in grades and comments.

I need the system once a course is marked Completed to automatically, without any interaction from a human being, tally the Student's score "Final score".

My typical course will have 10+ presentations, each presentaiton will have a testing/quiz, for example Presentation1, Quiz1, Presentation2, Quiz2, etc.  Once the student has completed the course, without any interaction the system will tally the Student's score "Final score".  So the student can very quickly view his report card and see his scores.

Is this not possible?  Almost seems like the solution would be to change the No to a Yes under Test for this course section, Row - Use for final score, Column - Final Score.

I was hoping this would be somewhat a hands off LMS once I built my courses, LO's, etc.  Once my customer purchased a access to one of my online courses, I create their login and password, subscribe them to a course, and then "hands off".  They complete the course on their own, view their "final score" and download their certificate .

But what is missing is that I have to go back in after they have completed the course, manually enter in a final score, that then can show up in their report card and certificate.

Are you using SCORM classes and tests or the Docebo test module?

I have tried both.  The last one I tried was a built in the Docebo system quiz.

Is there a fix for this?  I have tried both Scorm and Docebo generated tests.  Whenever I tell it to use the score as final, it doesn't do it.

Ok, I figured out what I did wrong.  For anyone out there that runs into the same problem, here's what you have to do.

On the Learning Objects screen, click on the Properties icon for your Test.  This brings up a screen that allows you to set the required Modules that the learner must complete before completing this module.  At the top, of this section, there is a "Properties" tab.  In here, you'll find two settings that must be set for the score in this test to be used as the final score...

End Object Marker and Bookmark.  The bookmark option must be set to "Final" and the "End Object Marker" must be set to "Yes".    After that, go to the Grade book for the assignment and click "Re-calculate" for the final score.

The only problem I have now is that the course is still not showing as "complete" for the learner.  Supposedly, selecting the "End Object Marker" is supposed to make this happen, but it's not working for me.  You can set it manually in the Admin Area, but that's not really a great way to do it when you have 300+ learners.
