When a teacher tries to assign new score... Test Question Results Numbered 1,3,5 instead of 1,2,3,4.

Example:
When you go to Course/Teacher Area/Gradebook
Then rollover Test Name in second column. Reads: "Modify User's score for this test" Click this link
Next Table shows list of students.
Click on the "Show Answer" button in the 3rd column next to a student's name.
Numbering of questions is labeled as question #'s 1,3,5,7,... (odd numbering), instead of 1,2,3,4,5,...
