I have enabled a 'Competence' to users as a course is completed. Now, I need that 'Competence' to subscribe a list of courses to users with that particular competence. I have tried to assign 'Competencies' through 'Company Roles' with no luck. Maybe I am not grasping the concept. Could someone please explain to me the principle behind 'Competencies' and how it works in Docebo? Is assigning courses with 'Competencies' even possible in Docebo?

I am using version 4.04 and have automatic enrollment setup between 'Groups' and 'Enrollment Rules'. I also don't believe that 'Curricula' will help in this situation because course enrollment needs to be completely automated and there is no way to set 'Enrollment Rules' to use a 'Curricula' from what I understand.
