I see this has been raised before but there is no concrete reply to it.
My installation fails on step 4 of the process. After adding in local host then database name - both of these show as fine in firebug, but when I add in the database user firebug throws up POST index.php?ajax_validate=1 500 Internal Server Error

- Ldap : : OFF Consider this warning only if you need to use LDAP
PHP Information :

- register_global : : OFF
- upload_max_filsize : : 128M
- post_max_size : : 128M
- max_execution_time : : 300s
What could be the possible cause of this?
