I see under the Configuration Settings > E-Learning there is a tick box for "if not a single course catalog is assigned to a user, show all the courses and curricula". This makes sense if the students are not assigned any specific courses and wish to be able to subscribe to any of the available courses.

I have 2 questions about the way the courses are displayed to the students if they are already enrolled to specific courses.

1. If I have students that have certain courses assigned to them via a Course Catalog linked to their company role, is there any way that they can also view the other courses as currently they are only able to view their assigned courses?

2. Is there any way you can make a specific course catalog visible to all users without subscribing them to the catalog, for example a generic catalog that the entire company can select courses from in addition to their job specific courses which they would be subscribed to via their course catalog linked to their company role?
 
I hope this makes sense and would really appreciate some feedback as to whether this is possible and if so how it can be achieved.
