Hello
Forgive me if I seem a little ignorant but I don't know too much about all this stuff (although I have a little technical experience and have read the manuals).
I hope someone can help me here. We installed a docebo instance (version 4.04) on a shared hosting server (TMDHosting) a couple of months ago - the hosting company did the installing. We've only ever had about 5 users (students and teachers/instructors) using it at the same time. It has been working well mostly for the passed few months, until recently when we started to experience a lot of performance issues.
When we investigate we can see that the server isn't experiencing anything abnormal (cpu usage = ok, number of hits = ok, ram usage = ok) but pages take incredibly long to load and often just times out. I have verified verified this from 2 geographically disperate areas (from USA and Thailand). Some times the working on the site is fine for a while but suddenly the system gets incredibly slow.
It doesn't seem to happen on a specific page or when something specific is being done - rather it seems like a "random" fluctutation. During times when the speed is slow I have confirmed that internet to other sites work fine.
I have been in communication with the shared hosting provider and they don't seem to know what the problem could be and think it might be an issue with the software (Docebo).
Is there any other way one can investigate these issues? Are there any debug/log files for Docebo I can have a look at? What should I try to identify and resolve this issue?
If someone could tell me what to do next or where to look for more information it would be much appreciated.
