I am having an issue with Feedback Management

When a user fails it shows only the fail message
When a user passes it shows BOTH the fail and pass messages

There are 5 questions each with a value of 1 point if answered correctly
Express Score as percentage is checked, Min score to pass test is 60
Maximum test score 5
Choose Score for every question checked

Feedback Management
0 - 60 is fail
61 - 100 pass

Again this is happening on every test for all the courses
