Hello,

I am fairly new to DOCEBO and am loving how easy it is to use.  I have just launched our site, but have encountered a problem. I added an additional field to the registration page and required for individuals to complete upon log in.  Now, when I go to our site (fcaetclearn.org), I only get a blank white page and cannot access the site through the front end.  I went into SQL to see where I can change this setting and deleted the additional field to be collected.  However, this has not fixed the problem.  I am not sure what else to do.  Any guidance is greatly appreciated.  I will check back here and can be reached at smcintosh@usf.edu.

The setting I changed resulted in the website appearing as a plain white page with no option to login and check the settings.  I believe the setting I changed was related to the requirement of an additional filed for existing users.  I am unsure how to view this in SQL to modify the config settings and/or if there is an additional ADMIN backdoor entry to the site....Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated!
