I have seen similar topics, but have not yet found an answer. 

I want to utilize I/O Tasks.  Simply put, I want to read a CSV file containing the following fields:
docebo_userid, docebo_password, Email, SALUTATION, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, TITLE, ADDRESS, ALTERNATE ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP

And insert/update them into the applicable docebo users table.

I have tried to setup the Connections using default settings and was able to see the correct CSV file.  However no field mapping seems to occur and the import does not go well from the Task I created.

I know this must be easy to do. Are my csv headers incorrect and/or do they need to be exact matches to the DB fields?

I am using version 4.05, if that helps.
