Hi there,

I'm currently using Docebo 4.0.4 and I'm having difficulties with the course completion. It says that I have 3 objects and all 3 of them are complete, however, neither the course is going to completed, nor is it generating a certificate. The status in the database still shows incomplete and from the user profile it shows that it's on-going.

Am I missing a step? Any sort of assistance is much appreciated.
