Moving from being a professional to a manager who runs a team of staff and becomes aware of the expectations, perceptions and declarations related to the role is the first step in developing and strengthening one’s own managerial skills.
The follow - up to the course, based on autonomous work and on the interaction with lecturers and tutors, looks closely at communication and its critical points, the everyday motivation of co-workers, work meetings and the management of problem situations. |
