We are happy to announce that Klass Capital Venture Capital firm, only four months after its first major funding round of $3M, decided to acquire Seeweb’s shares in Docebo and to commit additional budget for future M&A operations.

Docebo

Seeweb is Docebo’s first angel investor, and the first company to believe in Docebo. In fact, Docebo used Seeweb Cloud Infrastructure during the strategic transition to the new SaaS business model.

Antonio Baldassarra, CEO of Seeweb, states: “It only took a few years for Docebo to become a prominent international cloud software provider in the elearning industry – which has paid off tremendously.

Docebo today has over 800 B2B clients in over 80 countries worldwide (including Bloomberg Institute, Thomson Reuters, FreshBooks, Autodesk amongst others) and it is available in over 30 languages.

Daniel Klass, President of Klass Capital adds, “We are impressed with how rapidly the Company has been able to scale revenues internationally, and this trend is only growing stronger. That is why we have decided to increase our investment in Docebo and to commit additional budget for future M&A operations”.

Docebo CEO and Founder, Claudio Erba, adds, “As Klass Capital makes its move, Seeweb makes a great exit.”
