We shine the spotlight on organizations that have demonstrated innovation and business results in learning and development.

This year’s DoceboInspire Learning Awards was our biggest yet. Following on from the success of our inaugural DoceboInspire user conference and Learning Awards last year, we raised the bar for 2018.

The Rec Room in downtown Toronto played host to over 300 Docebo customers as we celebrated organizations that have demonstrated innovation and business results in learning and development across a range of categories.

Here are the award winners:

Best Use of a Blended Learning Program

Finalists: Cineplex, CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association), Hubspot,  IGA Coca-Cola, and UNOPS

WINNER: UNOPS

Best Extended Enterprise Training Program

Finalists: Acuity Institute, Diversey, HP Indigo, Mary Kay, Usabillia

WINNER: HP Indigo

Best Employee Training Program

Finalists: HubSpot, Hubspot New Hire Program, HubSpot Sales Training, Intesa SanPaolo, and Swisscom.

WINNER: HubSpot

Learning Innovation Champion of the Year

Awarded to a learning leader or team who has and continues to champion innovation in their learning programs, inspiring a new movement in their organization.

Finalists: CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association, Do Process, HP Indigo Division, Ping Identity, and Sunquest Information Systems.

WINNER: Sunquest Informations Systems

Charles Jennings Award for Excellence in 70:20:10, presented by the 70:20:10 Institute

The 70:20:10 Award is presented to an enterprise that has demonstrated innovation and business results by using the 70:20:10 approach.

Finalists: CPSI and Swisscom

WINNER: Swisscom

Best Learner Experience Design

Awarded to the organization that has demonstrated excellence in learning platform design and customization.  

Finalists: Everytown for Gun Safety, Imagine Communications, Intesa Sanpaolo, L’Oreal Professional Products and Mary Kay.
