The September roll-out of the Docebo Learning Management System comes with new features and enhancements. The big news is the new integration with Salesforce – and several improvements have been made to reports, notifications, users group management and coaching.
- Salesforce Integration: the world’s number one CRM can now be seamlessly integrated with your Learning Management System! When your CRM and LMS work in parallel on the same data, you can automatically synchronize – and easily manage – accounts, users, courses, and even sales orders and product catalogs. This increases the value of your Salesforce investment by improving employee, sales and partner channel performance.
- Coaching Live message system: users can now get in touch with their coaches in just a few clicks!
- Auto-populate group: Groups of users will automatically self-populate based on the rules you set when new users are created /edited. This saves you a lot of manual work.
- Active Users report export: a new XLS and CSV report export arranged in two columns with branches the user is associated with and (if multidomain app is active) the user’s client.
- Improved course management: new options for configuring the final score associated with a learning object (LO), as well as new settings for better LO management.
- Report enhancements: A brand new report for ILT courses lets you split data by session. A new filter in the user courses report means you can get more information. Also, you can now apply reports to all courses in one go, and each time you create a new report this will be automatically updated.
- New notifications: You can enable notifications that are triggered when a user is enrolled in a Learning Plan. Also, your users will be notified if they have to attend a course they haven’t started yet.
- CSV import: Power Users will be able to massively import an ILT session by uploading a CSV.
Not to be missed:
- Suspended users can be excluded from newsletters
- A new “soft deadline” feature lets users access courses even if enrollment validity or course end date has expired
