LogMeIn increases number of courses offered by nearly tenfold in two years
From onboarding to product updates to professional development, the LogMeIn team wanted a system that would be easy to administer and would allow their trainers to manage their own projects and courses.
Over time, through acquisitions and mergers, the LogMeIn team found they were using multiple learning platforms, but none of them delivered the ease of use, personalization, and streamlined abilities they were seeking in one consolidated system.
They also wanted more data from their learning platform including unique users, engagement by page, course completion rates, and more.
