Tie Your Evaluation Process To Organization’s Unique Needs

Each organization has its own processes. Perform is adaptable to your needs via a role-specific evaluation process that includes different start dates, deadlines, directions, evaluation intervals and repetition. For example, you can run a self-evaluation only for your group and both a manager-employee evaluation for another, with your own rating scales and proficiency levels.

Monitor Your Evaluation Process

At any time, managers can see the status of the evaluation of their reports, while L&D administrators get an at a glance view of the overall process to see which learners have received an invitation, who has completed their evaluations and send reminders about due dates.

Flag Misalignments Through Calibration

People managers are flagged when there is a major discrepancy between a report and a manager evaluation on specific skills. If a software engineer evaluates his Java programming skills as “beginner” and his manager evaluates his skill as “Guru”, the system flags the discrepancy automatically to reconcile the situation and repeat or edit the evaluation. Calibration also helps assessing managers’ evaluation capabilities and understanding of their teams proficiency levels.
