Pourtant, nos derni\u00e8res recherches mettent en \u00e9vidence une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d\u00e9rangeante : la plupart des apprenants ont acc\u00e8s aux outils, mais la formation ne porte pas ses fruits. En effet, 85 % d&rsquo;entre eux affirment que la formation re\u00e7ue ne les aide pas \u00e0 comprendre ni \u00e0 utiliser concr\u00e8tement l&rsquo;IA dans leurs fonctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;IA est d\u00e9sormais partout ; le probl\u00e8me n&rsquo;est donc plus la sensibilisation. L&rsquo;investissement n&rsquo;est pas non plus en cause, puisque les d\u00e9penses en IA continuent de grimper en fl\u00e8che [1]. Ce foss\u00e9, entre l&rsquo;adoption de l&rsquo;IA et la transformation r\u00e9elle qu&rsquo;elle devrait g\u00e9n\u00e9rer, constitue le \u00ab grand \u00e9cart de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA \u00bb. Il s&rsquo;agit de la pertinence de la formation.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notre rapport montre que l&rsquo;adoption de l&rsquo;IA est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue : 79 % des leaders du Learning disent utiliser l&rsquo;IA pour des t\u00e2ches comme la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de contenu, les \u00e9valuations et le reporting. Mais cet \u00e9lan ne s&rsquo;est pas traduit par un changement organisationnel plus profond, et il ne s&rsquo;est pas traduit par la confiance des apprenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 tout le paradoxe. D&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, les organisations s&#8217;empressent d&rsquo;adopter des outils d&rsquo;IA et de lancer des formations sur l&rsquo;IA. De l&rsquo;autre, les apprenants nous disent que la formation ne les aide pas \u00e0 appliquer l&rsquo;IA dans le contexte qui compte le plus : leur travail r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La raison de cet \u00e9cart est simple. Les connaissances g\u00e9n\u00e9rales sur l&rsquo;IA ont de la valeur, mais elles ne suffisent pas \u00e0 changer les comportements. Lorsque la formation reste au niveau des aper\u00e7us d&rsquo;outils de base ou de la sensibilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9rique, elle peut accro\u00eetre la familiarit\u00e9 sans am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution quotidienne. Mais les apprenants n&rsquo;ont pas besoin d&rsquo;encouragements plus abstraits pour \u00ab\u00a0utiliser l&rsquo;IA\u00a0\u00bb. Ils ont besoin de savoir comment l&rsquo;IA modifie les d\u00e9cisions, les flux de travail et les attentes dans leur r\u00f4le sp\u00e9cifique. Le rapport le dit clairement : la formation aujourd&rsquo;hui est souvent compr\u00e9hensible, mais pas utile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">79 % des entreprises ont investi dans des outils d&rsquo;IA. C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle le grand \u00e9cart de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA. Et ce foss\u00e9 ne cesse de se creuser.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"why-ai-training-programs-fail-to-build-capability\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-figtree-font-family has-h-4-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">Pourquoi les programmes de formation \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA ne parviennent pas \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des employ\u00e9s.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos recherches mettent en \u00e9vidence un probl\u00e8me structurel, et non de motivation. Trop souvent, la formation manque de pertinence, de personnalisation et de connexion avec le quotidien op\u00e9rationnel. Pr\u00e8s de 60 % des apprenants estiment que les programmes ne sont pas con\u00e7us pour des profils comme les leurs. Par ailleurs, 57 % affirment que la formation n&rsquo;est pas adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 leur poste, et la m\u00eame proportion doute qu&rsquo;elle puisse r\u00e9ellement am\u00e9liorer leurs performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est un point crucial, car les comp\u00e9tences se d\u00e9veloppent en contexte. Si un commercial, un manager ou un responsable des op\u00e9rations ne per\u00e7oit pas comment l&rsquo;IA s&rsquo;applique \u00e0 ses missions concr\u00e8tes, la formation devient une simple \u00ab case \u00e0 cocher \u00bb. Elle peut certes augmenter les taux de compl\u00e9tion et donner l&rsquo;illusion du progr\u00e8s, mais elle ne g\u00e9n\u00e9rera ni adoption durable, ni transformation r\u00e9elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On retrouve le m\u00eame sch\u00e9ma concernant la personnalisation. 79 % des apprenants d\u00e9clarent que leur exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;apprentissage n&rsquo;est pas pleinement personnalis\u00e9e, tandis que 63 % des responsables de la formation reconnaissent ne pas parvenir \u00e0 proposer un parcours sur mesure. Pourtant, seuls 42 % pr\u00e9voient d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;IA pour combler cette lacune. Les outils sont l\u00e0, mais la comp\u00e9tence, elle, manque encore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"power-your-organization-forward\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-figtree-font-family has-h-4-font-size\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:700\">Les exigences d&rsquo;une v\u00e9ritable pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si les entreprises veulent que la formation \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA porte ses fruits, elles doivent d\u00e9passer la logique de volume pour se concentrer sur la <strong>conception<\/strong>. Combler le grand \u00e9cart de pr\u00e9paration exige un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me d&rsquo;apprentissage moderne : un syst\u00e8me ax\u00e9 sur les comp\u00e9tences, align\u00e9 sur les objectifs de l&rsquo;entreprise et capable de d\u00e9tecter, d\u00e9velopper et valider les acquis de mani\u00e8re continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela implique \u00e9galement de traiter la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences comme un seul et m\u00eame sujet. Les entreprises ne peuvent pas r\u00e9imaginer le travail avec l&rsquo;IA sans red\u00e9finir les aptitudes dont les collaborateurs ont besoin pour r\u00e9ussir dans ce nouvel environnement. Tant qu&rsquo;elles ne parviendront pas \u00e0 rendre les comp\u00e9tences visibles, \u00e0 lier la formation aux r\u00e9sultats business et \u00e0 offrir un soutien concret en situation de travail, la formation \u00e0 l&rsquo;IA restera une activit\u00e9 intense, mais sans impact r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La bonne nouvelle, c&rsquo;est que les apprenants expriment clairement ce qui leur manque : plus de pertinence, plus de personnalisation, plus de soutien et un lien plus \u00e9troit avec leurs missions r\u00e9elles. Les organisations \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute cesseront de demander si leurs employ\u00e9s ont \u00ab suivi une formation \u00bb pour se demander s&rsquo;ils sont capables d&rsquo;utiliser l&rsquo;IA avec confiance dans leur poste. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que r\u00e9side la diff\u00e9rence entre l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 un outil et la ma\u00eetrise de celui-ci.
