Les r\u00e9sultats sont probants\u00a0: depuis la prise de fonction de Nadella, le cours de l\u2019action de Microsoft a tripl\u00e9.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"le-monde-du-learning-en-pleine-transformation\">Le monde du Learning en pleine transformation<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le cas de Microsoft est une bonne illustration du changement profond que l\u2019on constate dans le monde du Learning. L\u2019apprentissage tout au long de la vie est d\u00e9sormais devenu un sujet strat\u00e9gique port\u00e9 au plus haut niveau de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si les entreprises de la Tech, premi\u00e8res concern\u00e9es par la p\u00e9nurie des Talents et la digitalisation sont les chefs de file de ce mouvement, il touche d\u00e9sormais toutes les entreprises quelle que soit leur taille ou leur secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, quand on sait que 54% de tous les salari\u00e9s\u00a0auront besoin d\u2019une requalification et d\u2019une mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tence\u00a0importante d\u2019ici 2022,\u00a0il est urgent de s\u2019atteler au chantier de la comp\u00e9tence.\u00a0Mais face aux enjeux actuels, la formation ne peut plus \u00eatre la seule r\u00e9ponse. Il faut donner les moyens aux salari\u00e9s d\u2019apprendre en continu et de devenir eux-m\u00eames cr\u00e9ateurs et diffuseurs de connaissances au sein de l\u2019entreprise. Ainsi, paradoxalement,\u00a0au moment o\u00f9 l\u2019apprentissage tout au long de la vie n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi strat\u00e9gique, la mutation du Learning pose des challenges consid\u00e9rables aux responsables L&amp;D et RH\u00a0r\u00e9interrogeant l\u2019essence m\u00eame de leur r\u00f4le et la notion de formation. Alors,\u00a0face \u00e0 cette imp\u00e9rieuse n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tences, quelles r\u00e9ponses apporter\u00a0?<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"d-velopper-la-learning-agility\">D\u00e9velopper la Learning Agility<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est fondamental de donner les moyens \u00e0 tous les salari\u00e9s de d\u00e9velopper leur Agilit\u00e9 d\u2019Apprentissage ou Learning Agility. Par Learning Agility, on entend la capacit\u00e9 et la motivation d\u2019apprendre au quotidien de ses exp\u00e9riences, de ses succ\u00e8s et \u00e9checs et de jouer un r\u00f4le actif dans son propre d\u00e9veloppement. Pour \u00eatre efficace, cette action doit \u00eatre adress\u00e9e \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Attachez-vous \u00e0 porter la Learning Agility tr\u00e8s haut dans les valeurs de l\u2019entreprise. Valorisez cette comp\u00e9tence pour tous les salari\u00e9s (pas uniquement les cadres sup\u00e9rieurs ou hauts potentiels) et \u00e0 toutes les phases du d\u00e9veloppement (pas uniquement le recrutement),<\/li><li>Assurez-vous que l\u2019environnement de travail encourage l\u2019innovation, le changement continu et permet de rentrer dans un processus it\u00e9ratif d\u2019essai\/erreur<\/li><li>Faites confiance aux salari\u00e9s, responsabilisez-les et outillez-les pour qu\u2019ils deviennent acteurs de leurs parcours de d\u00e9veloppement, cr\u00e9ateurs et diffuseurs de connaissance,<\/li><li>Encouragez les \u00e9changes, le travail collaboratif et mettez en place les outils et les processus qui permettent \u00e0 chacun\u00a0d\u2019apprendre au contact des autres,<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"de-l-individuel-au-collectif\">De l\u2019individuel au collectif<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donner les moyens \u00e0 chaque individu de se d\u00e9velopper et de devenir un Apprenant Agile est incontestablement un enjeu fort. Pour autant, consid\u00e9rer le sujet des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 travers le seul prisme de l\u2019individu serait incomplet. On le sait, l\u2019entreprise n\u2019est pas une somme de Talents Individuels. Ce n\u2019est que lorsque ces Talents collaborent et agissent en synergie qu\u2019ils transforment leurs comp\u00e9tences et leur engagement en r\u00e9sultats concrets.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le terreau qui favorise ce d\u00e9veloppement individuel et collectif, c\u2019est la Culture d\u2019Apprentissage ou\u00a0Learning Culture de l\u2019entreprise. Autrement dit, tout ce qui participe au fait que les collaborateurs sont en mesure d\u2019\u00e9changer, d\u2019apprendre, d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter au quotidien sans forc\u00e9ment penser formation. Une Entreprise Apprenante est donc une entreprise qui fait de chaque interaction, de chaque lieu, de chaque projet, de chaque relation, des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage pour chacun.
