For those using Skymeeting for web training, your Docebo LMS can integrate with this videoconferencing tool, so your users can access live training sessions directly in webinar courses in their learning platforms. This integration is available for Docebo Enterprise plan and Growth plan clients.
Please Note: You can only activate this app in Docebo and use this integration if you have a Skymeeting account, and have agreed to the use limit outlined in your contract.
Activating the App in Docebo
Begin by logging into your Docebo LMS as the Superadmin, then access the Admin Menu from the gear icon in the top right corner and press the Add New Apps button in the menu. Once you’re in the Apps and Features area, select the Web Conferencing tab in the tabs menu on the left side of the page.
In the list of apps in this tab, find Skymeeting, then select the Try It For Free button. In the pop up box, read the description, then press Try It For Free. The app is now activated in your platform and you can configure the integration.
Configuring the Skymeeting App in Docebo
To begin, access the Admin Menu by scrolling your mouse over the gear icon. Then, find the Skymeeting section, and press the Manage item. On the settings page, begin by pressing the New Account button in the Accounts section. Then, insert your Skymeeting username and password (found in your Skymeeting account). Please make sure that your account is not a trial.
Remember that you need to have the API enabled to ensure that the integration works properly. Ask for the API activation directly to your SkyMeeting account manager.
You can then add a maximum number of rooms per course and a maximum number of total rooms. Press Confirm to save your info. Once you have activated and configured the Skymeeting app in your platform, you can create a webinar course and set up webinar sessions for your learners using Skymeeting as the videoconferencing tool.
