For those using Zoom Meeting and Zoom Webinar for web training, your Docebo LMS can integrate with, so your users can access live training sessions directly in webinar courses in their Docebo platforms. This integration is available for Docebo Enterprise plan and Growth plan clients.

Please note that you must have an active account and remain in agreement with the terms and conditions in your contract in order to successfully configure this integration.

Activating in Docebo

Begin by logging into your Docebo LMS as the Superadmin, then access the Admin Menu from the gear icon in the top right corner and press the Add New Apps button in the menu. Once you’re in the Apps and Features area, select the Web Conferencing tab in the tabs menu on the left side of the page. In the list of apps in this tab, find, then select the Try It For Free button.

In the pop-up box, read the description, then press Try It For Free. The app is now activated in your platform and you can configure the integration.

Creating an Application in

To create an application in Zoom, you need to first sign-in to as an administrator for the account. Next, select the Advanced drop-down option in the Admin Menu. In the drop-down menu, select the Zoom for Developer option. You will be redirected to the App Market Place. At the top of the website, select the Develop drop-down menu. Within the menu, you will be provided with a Build App option. Upon selecting this option an interface allowing you to build a new application will be presented. Begin the app building process by adding your App Name, deselecting the Intent to publish the app on Zoom Marketplace option, selecting the account-level app option drop-down, and choosing the JWT API Credentials option. After completing these steps, select Create at the bottom of the interface.

Next, you are prompted to complete an application information form. Apply your Company Name, Name, Email, and then click continue. You are then redirected to your application’s API Key and API Secret details. Note: Feel free to copy these details but you’ll be able to access them as needed.

Finally, click continue through the rest of the optional settings until you complete the final step of activating your app. Congratulations! Your application is now configured and active. You can move forward with the process of configuring in Docebo.

Configuring in Docebo

To begin, access the Admin Menu by scrolling your mouse over the gear icon. Then, find the section, and press the item. On the settings page, press the New Account button in the Accounts section.

In the pop-up box, fill out all of the information, retrieving the App Key and the App Secret from your developer account. Please follow this link if you need assistance from Refer to the section below to learn how to get this info from

Remember to select the session type; either Meeting or Webinar depending on the type of your subscription. Please note that the Zoom rooms correspond to Docebo session dates and that the number of concurrent rooms is the one agreed in your licence.
For each additional account, if using the same main Zoom account, enter the same key and secret as above, but enter the corresponding user email address for the account you wish to use. The Docebo Zoom account email must match the email for a user in the Zoom account for the integration to connect and be verified.

Retrieving the APIs Credentials from

In order to retrieve the App Key and the App Secret value to configure the integration, authenticate into your company’s account as an administrator and click on My Account in the top right corner, then click on Advanced in the left menu, and select Zoom for Developers. From this page, click on Manage, in the top right corner to get to your Created Apps page. You will find your previously created application. Click on the App name to access the app page, and click on App Credentials in the left menu.

Once in the Developer Account page, select the API tab, and copy the API Key and the API Secret to in the corresponding fields of account configuration in Docebo.

Please Note: The user that is created in Docebo for the Zoom integration will not count as an active user if they are not playing formal learning content from the LMS platform, but are solely setting up the integration for Zoom.
