Make Learning More Accessible Across Your Organization with Deep Linking in Docebo

Deep linking allows you to easily share Docebo courses with your colleagues

Want to spread the word about an awesome course that your company is offering?

Deep linking in the Docebo LMS allows you to easily obtain a link that will allow a colleague to enroll in a Docebo course. The link can be pasted and shared anywhere – on social, via email, or in your company’s internal communication system. When a user clicks on the link, they’ll be automatically registered in the course and the course will appear on their ‘My Courses’ page (as long as they’re also a Docebo user).

Watch the video below to learn how to create and share a deep link in a course and in a learning plan.

Deep linking is a great way to make training more accessible and promote informal learning within your organization. You can encourage subject matter experts to share courses that will help learners improve their own expertise in a certain area. If someone is looking to better understand a process, a colleague can simply refer them to a course that covers it. Or, if someone wants to obtain a certification that will help them advance their career, they can easily be directed to the course they need to take.
