Docebo Learn
Advanced Global Search
Global search can now show search results categorized by learning asset type (e.g. show me all Course Content or Questions and Answers threads where a specific word appears).
New APIs for ILT/Classroom sessions
Including ILT Sessions, Sessions Enrollments, Sessions Locations, Sessions Classrooms, Sessions Attendance and Sessions Evaluations.
Course Catalog enhancements for Admins
Superadmins and Power Users can now access the catalog of courses as learners to regularly take courses, in addition to their ability to manage those courses in the catalog.
Ecommerce
Power users can now purchase courses on behalf of their learners using a company credit card, or can allow their customers to purchase courses (e.g. on the phone) by using their credit card information.
In addition, we have added a new payment gateway, Westpac, to delight our customers in Australia.
Use only one set of credentials for all your business applications
Access Docebo or your other business applications without the need to remember different usernames and passwords. This has been made possible by integrating with Auth0, a state of the art multi-layer Identity Provider.
Marking Learners as Complete for Webinar & Classroom Courses
You can now mark multiple learners as having completed a webinar or classroom session in one single bulk action from a session’s Enrollments page.
Coach & Share
Create and Share Screen & Webcam Recordings
Docebo now integrates with Screencast-o-matic, which enables you to capture your screen with the option to add narration from your microphone and video from your webcam. You can record lectures, webinars, demos, Skype calls, etc., creating video learning assets that you can share with your organization.
Q&A Page Redesign
Our Questions and Answers page has been redesigned to easily browse and find content in it.
Integrations
Improved performance and sync status reporting in Salesforce. A new, highly performing sync engine now sends automatic notifications on synchronization status so admins are continuously informed on how the synchronization is proceeding. In addition, performance on synchronization for very large groups of users has been greatly improved.
What’s Next?
The next release, Docebo 7.4, is currently scheduled for January 2018. This release will introduce a new, extremely powerful and flexible way to customize your learners’ experience.
