The inaugural DoceboInspire Awards will honor the accomplishments of our customers & partners

Docebo’s first-ever conference, DoceboInspire, is taking place on September 18-19, 2017 in Boston! We’re excited to unite the best and brightest in the L&D industry for a learning experience like no other.

At DoceboInspire, we’ll also be taking the opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of our valued customers and partners. The inaugural DoceboInspire Awards Ceremony will take place during the conference on the evening of September 18. All attendees are welcome to attend the awards gala ceremony gala reception, taking place on a luxury yacht cruise on the Boston Harbor.

DoceboInspire Award Categories

We have a number of categories that aim to celebrate the successes of our customers and partners, including:

Best Employee Training Program
This award will be presented to the organization that has demonstrated innovation and business results in employee training. Applications will be judged based on proof of results in the following criteria:

  • Evidence of innovation
  • Evidence of learner engagement
  • Evidence of organizational impact

Best Extended Enterprise Training Program
This award will be awarded to the organization that has demonstrated innovation and business results in extended enterprise training (e.g. partner, customer, and member training) and judged based on the following criteria:

  • Evidence of innovation
  • Evidence of learner engagement
  • Evidence of organizational impact

Best Use of Blended Learning
This award will be presented to the customer organization who demonstrates excellence in blended learning, including eLearning and classroom, formal and informal, etc. Applications will be judged based on proof of results in the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated usage of a variety of learning modalities (e.g., mix of formal, experiential, social learning, push vs. pull modality, self-paced vs. instructor-led, etc.)
  • Evidence of learner engagement
  • Evidence of organizational impact

Learning Innovation Champion of the Year
This award will be presented to a learning leader or team who champions innovation in their learning programs, inspiring a new movement in their organization. Examples include a new social learning initiative, a new way to compel employees to contribute to the company’s knowledge capital, etc. Applications will be judged based on the following criteria:

  • Innovation (how your program is uniquely valuable for your organization)
  • Evidence of early learner engagement
  • Success criteria (definition of expected organizational impact)

Charles Jennings Award for Excellence in 70:20:10 (Supported by the 70:20:10 Institute) 
This award will be presented to the enterprise that has demonstrated innovation and business results through using the 7:20:10 approach. The winner will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • The use of 70:20:10 methodology to analyze the business issue
  • The use of 70:20:10 methodology to architect and co-create a 70:20:10 based solution with key stakeholders
  • The use of business metrics to demonstrate the efficacy of the solution
  • How their solution has impacted the overall strategy of the enterprise to use 70:20:10 going forward

Submissions will be accepted from providers who have worked on 70:20:10 solutions with enterprises, or from the enterprises themselves.

Channel Partner of the Year
We will also present an award to our highest performing channel partner. Note that applications will not be accepted for this award – the winner will be selected based on performance results.

How to Apply for a DoceboInspire Award

Organizations must apply in order to be considered for an award. Applications for all DoceboInspire Awards can be submitted here. All submissions are due by August 14, 2017.

Keep in mind that we’re looking for applications that showcase real performance stats, are backed by data, and tell a compelling story.
