Docebo Learn
Webhooks
You can now create webhooks to trigger once an event occurs in your platform, sending you information about that event to a specific Payload URL. This allows you to collect data from your learning platform to build reports, integrations, dashboards and more. You can also connect to your HCM, email non-LMS users about actions that occur in the platform, or update your CSM.
Once you’ve activated the Webhooks app in your platform, you can create an input of an initial event, then Docebo sends you a post to a given URL that you set for the webhook paired with that event. Docebo puts the data related to that event into a JSON message and sends it to you via an HTTP POST call (not via email or notifications). You can also create webhooks via the full set of webhook APIs provided by Docebo.

Course Management Preview for Enterprise Clients
For Docebo Enterprise clients, you can now preview the new Course Management section for Admins. Starting from Docebo 7.6, the course management area of your Docebo platform will be completely renewed on a step-by-step basis. The first step, called the Beta Version, includes the complete porting of the Course Management functionalities with a brand new look. This means that you will be able to manage and to maintain courses as usual, but from a single section and in flexible way.
For Enterprise clients, you now have the possibility to test out the new Course Management interface, or switch back to the old Course Management experience whenever you want. In the Docebo 7.7 release, all clients (including Growth clients), will get the new Course Management experience. Refer to this article to learn more about the New Course Management experience.
New Terms & Conditions Feature
Superadmins can now create Terms & Conditions, giving you the opportunity to outline customized Terms & Conditions for your users to accept when registering or logging into the platform. You can also create and assign specific Terms & Conditions to specific domains, for those using Docebo’s Multidomain app.
Terms & Conditions should state the rules and guidelines that learners should respect in order to use the learning platform (i.e. not uploading informal learning assets related to specific subjects). Terms & Conditions should primarily focus on Coach & Share and E-Commerce, so learners know which rules to follow when asking questions to Experts, uploading informal learning assets, writing comments on assets, and purchasing courses or learning plans in the platform.
Furthermore, Terms & Conditions can be versioned, so you can create a new version of the same content when certain terms have been modified or updated. Your LMS tracks all versions, and whether each user has agreed to, rejected or not yet answered to each version. This feature is available on both the 6.9 and 7.0 themes. Refer to the Terms & Conditions to learn more.
New E-Commerce Currencies
For those using the E-Commerce app to sell courses to learners in the platform, the app now supports ten new currencies, including Indian Rupee, Argentinian Peso, Bulgarian Lew, Egyptian Pound, Hungarian Forint, Saudi Arabia Riyal, Vietnam Dong, Peru Sol, Russian Ruble and UAE Dirham. By adding these currencies, you can increase and diversify your course sales proposal to more markets, if desired. For more information, refer to this article.
Updates to the Privacy Policy Configuration
For those that have configured the Privacy Policy in your platform, you’ll see a few new improvements in the configuration area, including:
- The Preview functionality to preview your policy before saving a new version.
- A new Header Message area, where you can add a header message that appears above the policy and sub-policy messages in the registration form.
- The ability add PDF files directly into the body of your policy using the Attach Files button in the text formatting bar.
- Minor interface improvements to give you a smoother configuration experience.
Docebo Coach & Share
Hiding and Unhiding Learning Content
You can now hide or unhide both formal and informal training content from All Channels, My Channel, and My Courses and Learning Plans pages. This functionality enables you to hide the content in which you are not interested in any given moment, so that you can view only the content that is most valuable to you. In this way, you’ll be able to easily customize your platform according to your learning needs. For more info, check out this article.
Blacklisted Tags in Artificial Intelligence Auto-tagging Feature
For those using the Coach & Share module, you can now add a blacklist of words that you don’t want to appear in tags associated with assets, learning objects and questions. The blacklist works on tags that are auto-generated by your platform’s Artificial Intelligence. After saving your blacklist, any tags with the blacklisted words in them will be deleted from any assets, learning objects and questions. Check out this article for more information.
