Docebo can integrate with Microsoft Teams in two ways, using our VILT integration or our Docebo for Microsoft Teams app.
The VILT integration for Microsoft Teams enables your L&D teams to facilitate virtual instructor-led training programs using your Microsoft Teams corporate platform. This allows your L&D teams to easily set up Microsoft Teams events and sessions directly in your Docebo learning platform so you can run your learning programs using your company’s primary video conferencing tool.
The Docebo for Microsoft Teams app allows you to embed learning directly in Microsoft Teams, where your employees work and collaborate every day, so you can deliver more effective training, improve focus and productivity, and remove barriers to learning.

The VILT integration allows you to do the following directly from the Docebo VILT event:
- Create/edit a Teams event
- Join the webinar as an attendee
- Start the webinar as an instructor
