Noel Miller

Noel serves as Docebo’s EVP, Chief of Staff and partners with the CEO and Executive team to drive strategic initiatives and programs that support operational excellence across the organization. Noel built her management experience in people, operational, sales, and product management roles and has over 15 years of experience assisting early stage and growth stage technology and technology-enabled startups.

Prior to her current role at Docebo, Noel held the role of VP, People at Lightship, a series B clinical trials delivery company. From 2014 to 2021, Noel supported Docebo’s growth in North America, holding operations and people roles to scale the organization leading up to the IPO on the TSX in October 2019 and listing on Nasdaq in December 2020.
