Prior to joining Docebo, he held senior product leadership roles at Cloud Academy, QA Ltd, CentralReach, and WorkWave, shaping platforms in enterprise learning, workforce enablement, and operational efficiency. Andrea is passionate about fostering high-performing teams, challenging the status quo, and creating a culture of transparency and ownership.

Beyond work, he is a scuba diving and Krav Maga instructor, embracing a hands-on approach to teaching and continuous learning.
