Mark Kosoglow joined Docebo as Chief Revenue Officer in July 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience leading and scaling high-performing revenue organizations. In his role, Mark is responsible for unifying the company’s global Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, and Revenue Enablement teams—driving a connected go-to-market motion focused on buyer impact and value creation across the entire customer lifecycle.

Before joining Docebo, Mark served as one of the earliest executives at Outreach, where he played a critical role in growing the company from startup to industry leader. During his tenure, he helped scale Outreach to hundreds of millions in ARR, earning a reputation for building high-precision, high-performance teams that consistently delivered results.

Following Outreach, Mark further broadened his expertise as Chief Revenue Officer at Catalyst Software, a leading Customer Success platform. There, he deepened his conviction that sustainable growth comes from delivering value at every customer touchpoint—from first interaction through renewal and expansion.

Mark is passionate about building connected, accountable revenue teams and leveraging AI, data, and technology to drive focused execution and customer-centric decision-making. His leadership philosophy centers around ownership, enablement, and aligning teams around measurable impact.
