Does Harmony replace platform administrators?
No. Harmony augments and empowers platform administrators—it doesn’t replace them. It acts as a copilot, helping perform tasks faster and with fewer errors, while still keeping humans in control of decision-making. You remain the driver—Harmony just clears the road.
Is Harmony available to learners too?
Yes—Harmony supports both admins and learners. Learners benefit from Harmony Search, contextual recommendations, and soon, personalized Q&A and coaching experiences embedded across their journey.
Is Harmony secure and compliant?
Yes. Harmony is built to meet enterprise security and data privacy standards. It operates within Docebo’s trusted environment and respects all user roles, data access levels, and governance requirements.
How do I activate Harmony in my Docebo platform?
Harmony is included in all Docebo instances and can be easily enabled through the AI Control Panel. Admins can activate Harmony Search and explore additional AI features directly within the platform settings (AI Control Panel). Harmony Search is live today; additional capabilities will roll out progressively through 2025–2026.
