Background
Nord Anglia Education began their LMS journey with Moodle but faced challenges scaling the platform as the organisation grew due to Moodle’s limitations. With rapid expansion from 30 schools to over 80, they sought a more robust solution to accommodate their growing needs.

With an extensive library of onboarding materials and learning programs, the content was hard to find and learners were overwhelmed. Users struggled to locate relevant content to their role.

What was the solution?

Custom UX/UI Navigation:
GuyKat introduced a drop-down mega menu using custom HTML and CSS to categorise content by school, topic, or type, enabling learners to locate resources quickly.
Custom Templated Widgets:
Introducing templated widgets that super admins could easily edit and maintain using clear documentation and training from GuyKat. This meant Nord Anglia Education’s team felt confident managing and customising the platform independently with the benefit of every widget having a consistent branding.
Using Docebo Communities:
Integrating this tool created powerful social communities that helped their leaders from across schools spread knowledge effectively.
