The Docebo Pro Certification Exam is available at any time in DU via our on-demand proctoring service.
If you’re a Docebo administrator or a partner then this certification is right for you. We recommend that users have a minimum of 3 months experience administering Docebo and/or ~35 hours of study time to ensure success.
The price of the certification is one Docebo University Learning Credit. More information on DULCs can be found here
The exam fee includes 2 free retakes. So, if you don’t pass the first time, you can retake the exam 2 more times at no additional cost. However, if you haven’t passed after your 3rd attempt, you will be charged full for subsequent attempts. You’ll need to reach out to certifications@docebo.com should you need to retake the exam.
This is an online exam delivered in English (via Docebo University and proctored via a 3rd party). You will have 90 minutes to complete 60 questions. Please note: This is a “closed book” exam, which means you aren’t able to bring or access any resources (e.g. notes, guides, websites) while taking the exam. No resources are permitted during the exam unless you have requested a special accommodation by emailing certifications@docebo.com.
Of course! We want to set you up for success. A comprehensive study guide and study sheet can be found inside of our Study Resources course in DU. The Study Guide will help orient you on the scope, structure, and format of the exam as well as what to expect to see on the test, how to prepare for it, and even get some practice by completing some sample questions. The Study Tracker helps focus your preparation, assess your confidence in answering questions, and measure your progress through each topic on the exam. You can also find additional resources in Docebo University (such as the Getting Started with Docebo Learning Plan) and our Knowledge Base, and pick the brains of other pros in Docebo Community to help get you up to speed.
Once you’ve successfully completed the certification, we’ll send you an official downloadable certificate. You’ll also receive a digital badge in Docebo University that you can share with your network to amplify your achievement.
