Every new tool rollout starts with hesitation, and Don Finger’s Creator rollout was no exception. He’ll talk through the adoption curve his team saw (initial fear, then rapid enthusiasm once managers saw a live demo), the use cases that took off first (export/import training, multilingual ISO content, sales roadmap decks), and how a single format replaced duplicate PowerPoint decks across languages. Expect live demos and real screenshots from the Insights dashboard, not just a discussion.

You’ll leave knowing:

• What actually shifts manager hesitation into adoption (hint: it’s not more documentation)
• Real use cases where Creator replaced duplicate, language-specific decks
• How to read adoption data (lesson output dips, NPS trends) to know when to intervene
