Harmony Search is the conversational AI tool within Harmony that allows learners and admins to ask questions in everyday language and receive accurate, contextual answers—across courses, lessons, knowledge bases, and more. It uses generative AI to transform traditional search into a dynamic discovery experience.
Harmony for Support is your in-platform AI copilot designed to help administrators get things done faster, with fewer mistakes. It provides smart, contextual guidance directly inside the Docebo platform, offering step-by-step instructions based on what you’re doing in the moment. Rather than relying on external help articles or support tickets, admins can get immediate, tailored assistance—whether they’re configuring features, troubleshooting, or managing complex workflows. Harmony even offers to automatically navigate you to the right section of the platform, saving time and reducing friction.
Once activated in the AI Control Panel, Harmony for Support can be accessed directly via a dedicated icon embedded in the top-right corner of the platform header. It provides contextual, step-by-step guidance, remembers your page location, supports follow-up questions, making platform navigation and task execution easier than ever.

Yes, Harmony supports both admins and learners. Learners benefit from Harmony Search, contextual recommendations, and soon, personalized Q&A and coaching experiences embedded across their journey. Harmony Support is designed to help admins complete tasks with confidence—even if they’re complex or unfamiliar while saving time with real-time guidance.
Yes. Harmony is built to meet enterprise security and data privacy standards. It operates within Docebo’s trusted environment and respects all user roles, data access levels, and governance requirements. Content added to the platform remains secure and your data never trains our models.
Harmony is included in all Docebo instances and can be easily activated (or disabled) through the AI Control Panel in your platform settings. From there, administrators can enable Harmony Search and Harmony Support and explore additional AI features as they are released.
Features like Harmony for Administration, Content Creation, and Automation will roll out progressively through 2025 and 2026.
Not yet, but soon. Harmony’s roadmap includes:
