What happens when you launch a global skills platform – and start from scratch? 

SES, the space solutions company formed from SES and Intelsat, made a bold call in April 2026. It launched SkillHub, its skills platform built on 365Talents, before its job architecture was fully in place. The aim was to identify the future skills a fast-changing space industry needs, show employees where they stand, and connect them to experts, internal moves and learning.
