We understand that your business and learners are unique and engage with learning in different ways. To offer high flexibility, our pricing is based on two factors: Yearly Active Users (YAU), and product tier.

To make pricing simple, we offer two main pricing tiers: Elevate and Enterprise. These tiers each include their own sets of features (plus optional add-ons) and are then adjusted based on yearly active users. It’s not registered users that matter; you only pay for the users who actively engage with your learning program.

Of course, we are also happy to discuss other pricing models.

User count typically refers to the number of active users within your organization who will access the Docebo platform. This may include learners, administrators, and instructors.

To be clear, Docebo only charges licenses for learners who log in and engage directly with training.

Running reports? Creating course materials? Those users are NOT active.

No. It takes partnership to get your learning platform up and running. For that reason, when you work with Docebo, setup is included at no additional cost.

We try to offer the most possible flexibility and scalability. If you exceed your user limit, we don’t require you to update your plan—we simply charge you for those additional users. Once you reach about 30% overage, it usually makes sense to upgrade to the next tier.

Most customers choose to sign a 3-5 year contract with Docebo. However, the minimum contract length is only a single year.

Docebo’s onboarding process generally follows this timeline of events:

• Initial consultation to discuss your organization’s specific requirements, goals, and the objectives of your learning program.
• Needs assessment to identify the key features, integrations, and customization options required to meet your goals.
