Docebo Learn (LMS) – E-learning Cloud Platform
Global hosting and content delivery network (CDN) via Amazon; 24/7 support via online ticketing system; software new releases, updates and upgrades; multiple daily backups; unlimited registered users.
Docebo Discover, Coach & Share
Social and informal learning via Docebo Learn LMS; build out a library of user-generated content that is uploaded and validated by peer review; users can engage with experts and share their knowledge with the organization.
Docebo Extended Enterprise App
Set-up of multiple portals, assign different secure URLs, allow the user base to access the system via multiple authentication modalities (manual login or SAML, OKTA, ADFS), utilize multiple secure payment gateways for eCommerce, implement unique branding policies, and includes white-labeling for each domain.
Docebo Content
Access to the industry’s best-learning content and high-quality, off-the-shelf learning content and access to a Docebo Content specialist who are available to help curate the right resources for specific use cases and learning needs.
Docebo Sandbox
Continuous Sandbox for testing and previewing configurations within a functional Docebo environment, up to fifty (50) unique logins per month, and ability to preview upcoming Docebo releases prior to release date.
Docebo Connect
Creates integration workflows/recipes between third-party software connectors and Docebo services; use “Docebo Connectors” to automate learning workflows; hosted on AWS Public Cloud with choice of region; 24/7 support via online ticketing system.
Docebo Firewall Solution
Amazon S3 content storage and replication within AWS China; includes a one-time copy of previously uploaded items (SCORM, xAPI, Video) in China Amazon S3. All new content will be replicated to S3 content storage automatically.
Docebo Learn Data
Extract Customer Data including both raw data from the Docebo Learn LMS and key performance learning analytics and import it into Customer’s data warehouse and other business intelligence tools.
Docebo Learning Evaluation (formerly known as Docebo Learning Impact)
Direct access from the current user account, under the administrator menu – module and embedded in Learn, learning evaluation provides readily available questionnaires, optimized survey techniques, an evaluation designer which allows users to strategically design and customize different evaluation processes according to their use cases and built in reporting. Unlimited access to evaluation benchmarks, and action plans; hosting on AWS; support via online ticketing system; software new releases updates and upgrades, daily backups included.
Docebo Shape
An AI-based content creation tool for building e-learning content playable in any LMS and related system. No limit on number of Shapes (Content) created and number of viewers; hosted on AWS; new releases updates and upgrades; 24/7 support via online ticketing system.
Docebo University Learning Credits
Simplify and scale training management effortlessly with a single purchase solution. DU Learning credits is the flexible currency for training, certifying, and upleveling teams. They may be used to purchase public, private, and custom training as well as other premium education offerings such as Docebo certification exams.

A hands-on learning solution seamlessly integrated into the Docebo platform to deliver scalable, secure, and engaging skills development. Access a vast library of real-world labs and customizable experiences to equip any workforce with job-ready skills, enhance engagement and retention, and reduce training risks—all in a flexible, cost-effective solution.
Creator
Provides admins, instructional designers and subject-matter experts with a flexible, powerful and easy-to-use content creation tool. Generative AI is leveraged in two primary ways, offering the ability to revise (reduce, expand, rephrase) text with AI, and to generate assessments based on content that has been authored in the course builder. This service includes additional generative AI capabilities.
Mobile Rebranded App
Publish and manage a branded “Go. Learn” App in the Apple Store, the Google Play Store or other methods to distribute the app.

A fully integrated, AI-augmented online exam proctoring solution embedded in Docebo. Enables secure, scalable, on-demand assessments with real-time monitoring, detailed session recordings, and 24/7 support to maintain exam integrity.
