Docebo Knowledge
The answer is only the beginning
Bring trusted company knowledge and relevant learning together in Docebo, so employees can solve today’s challenges and build the know-how for what comes next.
One place for what your organization knows.
Why Knowledge matters
From answer to action.
Policies, processes, expertise, and training are scattered across the systems your teams use every day. When trusted guidance is hard to find, people repeat questions, recreate work, and struggle to apply what they learn. Docebo Knowledge brings approved content and learning together in one permission-aware experience, so people can find a trusted answer and move straight to the next step.
Use more of what you’ve already built
Make company resources and the content inside SCORM and xAPI courses searchable together, so employees can find useful guidance in the materials you already have.
Key benefits:
- Help employees use training long after course completion
- Reduce repeat questions about policies, processes, and onboarding
- Make onboarding easier without adding another standalone tool

Less upkeep as knowledge evolves
Connect tools like SharePoint, Google Drive, and Confluence to Docebo, with automatic source updates that keep workplace guidance current without manual re-uploads.
Key benefits:
- Reduce the risk of employees following outdated policies
- Free content owners to focus on improving guidance
- Support more consistent decisions as business processes change
Collections built around your people
Curate approved content into collections by team, topic, or use case, so employees get relevant answers from the knowledge you choose, with existing source permissions respected.
Key benefits:
- Cut through irrelevant content when answering workplace questions
- Give sales, HR, and compliance a shared reference
- Ground AI agents in the context your organization approves

Frequently asked questions
Docebo Knowledge organizes and surfaces verified company knowledge inside Docebo, so people get the right answer when they need it and can connect that answer to relevant learning. It brings together curated content from Docebo and connected business sources in one permission-aware experience.
Docebo Knowledge connects to selected content in external systems, organizes it into curated Knowledge Collections, and uses keyword, semantic, and vector search to return direct answers from that content. Results reflect each person’s permissions, role, team, skills, and usage context, so people find information that’s relevant to them.
Docebo Knowledge connects to Docebo learning content and external sources such as SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce, and more.
Admins curate Knowledge Collections, highlight authoritative content, and use feedback and usage signals to improve relevance over time. Source changes are detected and applied automatically where supported, with review workflows available when an update needs admin attention.
By default, Docebo Knowledge inherits access controls from connected source systems, so people only see content they’re authorized to access. Admins can also control collection access through Docebo branches and groups when needed.
Docebo Knowledge connects answers to Docebo courses and learning content, including SCORM, xAPI, and legacy content that standalone knowledge tools may not index. People can move from an answer to the learning and practice that help them apply it, without leaving Docebo.
Standalone knowledge tools focus on retrieving information. Docebo Knowledge combines curated knowledge retrieval with learning in the same platform, connecting answers to Docebo content, learner context, and existing audience permissions. It focuses on organizing and surfacing knowledge, rather than replacing a documentation authoring tool or wiki.
