Docebo’s pricing is designed to be flexible and reflective of how your organization engages with learning. Our model is based on two key elements: Your selected product tier and your active users.

To keep things simple, we provide two core pricing tiers, Elevate and Enterprise, each offering distinct feature sets and optional add-ons. Pricing within each tier scales according to your selected user model and usage levels, ensuring you only pay for the activity you actually see on your platform.

We offer different types of user models to align with different customer needs, Monthly Active Users (MAU), Yearly Active Users (YAU), and Registered Active Users (RAU). This allows you to choose the approach that best matches your learner engagement patterns.

User count refers to the number of active learners on your Docebo platform, not just those with accounts. Depending on your contract, this may be measured on a monthly, yearly, or registered basis.

Under RAU, all users marked as “active” within your system are counted, but you can deactivate and reassign those licenses as needed.

Under MAU, users are counted if they are active within a given month.

Under YAU, users are counted if they have been active at any point within the contract year.

It depends. It takes partnership to get your learning platform up and running. For simple deployments, setup may be included, but in many cases, the unique complexity or customization of your platform will require onboarding. We’ll scope any fees with you in your sales process to avoid surprises.

We try to offer the most possible flexibility and scalability. If you exceed your user limit, we don’t require you to update your plan; we simply charge you for those additional users. Once you reach about 30% overage, it usually makes sense to upgrade to the next tier.

Most customers choose to sign a 3-5 year contract with Docebo. However, the minimum contract length is only a single year.

5. Content migration—if you have existing training materials or content, Docebo’s team can assist with migrating this content into the platform. This might include importing courses, quizzes, user data, enrolment records, multimedia content, and more.
6. Training for your administrators and key users.
7. Integration setup with other software or systems—this step involves configuring and testing integrations to ensure seamless data exchange.
8. Importing user data and setting up user accounts in the platform. This may involve bulk user uploads or single-user invitations.
9. Testing and Quality Assurance to ensure that the platform functions correctly and meets your specifications.
